I know my console is up-to-date with the softmods and the whole nine yards, but when my wife went onto the YouTube URL in the Internet Channel, I saw that they offered the app for the original Wii. So I go the the Shop Channel... it wants a system update?!?

If you haven't updated since November, there's been a shop channel update right before the WiiU launch.
