Hacking System Update from 5.5.1

My Wii U's Firmware is on 5.5.1 EUR, external USB HDD installed full with games via WUP Installer.
If i update my console to the latest Firmware will these games lost, or unlaunchable?
(vWii is hacked with Wuphax)

did you install "haxchi" or "mocha" ??

There's no reason to update, but if you do everything will work fine except cold boot haxchi, which you just have to reinstall.
