Hacking System Transfer Specifics

So I'm about to start my second try at completing the DSiWare downgrade method on my n3ds XL using my CFW o3ds XL. The first time for whatever reason my Fieldrunners save didn't transfer over properly and I'm pretty sure I messed up somewhere during the system transfer. The prospect of waiting another 7 days isn't very attractive to me so I thought I would post here to get some clarification on the exact steps I should take. Here's my situation

CFW Old 3DS XL

• 64 GB SD card

Newly Formatted New 3DS XL on 11.0

• 32 GB microSD card

The 64 GB SD card is nowhere near full so the 32 GB microSD has plenty of room for everything, if you were wondering.




If someone could let me know what the best system transfer method is for me to use (Wireless or PC-Based transfer) and what options I should be selecting at each prompt during the transfer I would really appreciate it.

Since you don't have much on the 64gb, you should just do a wireless transfer. I did the DSI Downgrade via wireless transfer, and it worked fine.

At the end of the transfer did you delete the target 3DS' SD card data to replace it?
