Hacking System transfer legit cias???

Could this work?
1.Update my 3ds xl to 9.7
2. Change my 3ds xl region
3.Install Legit jap cias on my 3ds xl
4.Do a system transfer with my Jap N3ds (9.7)

1) You can't change region after updating to 9.7 (unless you have a hardmod and xorpads)
2) There's no such thing as legit cias... unless you just mean stuff you downloaded from eshop or system titles, in that case, sure
3) System transfer does not transfer your tickets.db, in the last step, it downloads tickets from eshop. so if your tickets are not tied to the nnid/eshop account you're transferring from, it won't work.

From the first post:

keep in mind at the moment we CAN ONLY INSTALL THESE WITH PBT cfw. This is because PBT patches more checks than GW.

They are not "legit" because you need a CFW to install them... It won't work on 9.7.

Also, of course you can't install a CIA without access to some sort of CFW, you only need it to do the install. It runs fine on a virgin console updated though.

No it doesn't work even without the region change. I tried and so did others, only my original bundled mario 3d transferred but none of the legit cia games. There's a thread on here somewhere with one guy trying different methods like with/without NNID linked etc.

if you are updating your fw via cia, woudl you rather cias that are clean, with the signature correct?
or not clean?
although i know you must understand this, so you must have a problem with the fact nintendo could see that we have bought the content, i guess

I don't know how others use it, but I consider legit cias as legit from nintendo's point of view (i.e. it would pass system transfer). If it doesn't get transferred then it is clearly not legit!
