Need some help guys I’m on 6.1 and the latest sxos 2.3 but my switch crashes wen I press system settings does anyone know why? I need it back so I can add WiFi etc please help

This is strange as i have had the exact same issue with mine a while ago. I ended up fomatting the micro sd and setting up everything again.
Every time i was pressing the settings button the console crashed and wouldn't even execute the payload after.
I now have emumand on sd and everything seems to be ok...

Thats weird because I had an issue in system settings whenever I'd hit "test connection" under internet settings my switch would crash. Formatting my sd card solved the issue.

Ok so I formatted added everything back on and system settings work however it now says it can’t read the sd card.however the sd card is fine and loads up on a pc and Mac. I hope I can get it working as I have games installed on it

Is your card exfat?

Exfat corrupts files on the Switch. Old fat32 is the only safe way to use homebrew and game backups without corruption.

Yeah sometimes it can get corrupted. I don't think you needed to format the whole card but just put sxos on it again. I've seen similar things happen with exfat and some files getting corrupted so it could have been that the Dat file got corrupted. Next time just delete the DAT file and redownload it again.
