Hi! so I bought this Wii from marketplace, and when i turned it on it just showed the preloader menu. What should i do?

Im at the part where im installing waninko's 4.1 upggrader.It installs everything untill it gets to the system menu upgrade.It always errors and if it helps, this is what it said:

ERROR ret=3036

I NEED HELP PLEASE
