    Is there a Dsi rom??
    How can you emulate Dsi Games in DSi?
    How can you play this using a flashcart?

    If youre asking if DSiWare can be played on a flashcart then i think its not possible! they havent cracked it yet..

    There were only two or three DSi-exclusive games released in stores, one of which was System Flaw. The OP is asking if it, or any other DSi-exclusive game, can be played on a flashcart. The answer is NO.
