Hacking system files corrupted

I have preloader .29 bootmii as iso rev 14 installed this morning I got a system file corrupted screen this is the secound time its happened . shut off the wii booted into homebrew booted up bootmii and couldnt restore nand bin ? rebooted wii now it works .
My question is how do I fix it if it happens again with bootmii installed as an iso

reinstall preloader and it shouldnt happen again

Just install preloader again and it should be fixed.
