I don't use it anymore. Scifii installed it with it. Is there a usb loader that can read a iso off a NTFS instead a WBFS drive? I got rid of it because i needed my external hard drive for something else. Well it works now. Here's the report.

Is there a usb loader that can read a iso off a NTFS instead a WBFS drive?
Cfg USB Loader will work with: NTFS, FAT32, WBFS file systems.
Preferred way is to use FAT32 and *.wbfs files on it in "wbfs" directory. There is tool wbfs_file which could convert whole WBFS drive to wbfs files. Also adding "-g" option will save some space.

Does is matter? Yes and no. If there any problems plying legit games then just find IOS# used by particular game and reinstall it without patches.
If You plan to do update to 4.3U+ using original game disc or system update from wii menu then consider installing patched IOS36 on slot 236 as recovery helper.

I wonder if Scifii patched it? Well all the games Ive played work perfect and im already on 4.3U. Do i need to undo stuff?

I don't know what Scifii is.
General advise is not to touch things if they works. If not, ask first - best brick protection so far.

Yes, there is high chance that SciiFii installs everything patched.
Make list of non standard wii features You needed from that pack and ask about individual/best solutions/approaches about them.

What would i do if i was on 4.2. If its easier i could just downgrade to that using sciifii and do whatever after that to fix it.

Don't do anything at all. It works so let it be that way.
Ask yourself what You want to accomplish:
- dvd backup play, vc injection, wiiware, gamecube stuff - sorry cannot help, ask someone else
- play from usb, then read http://gwht.wikidot.com/ios249 and http://gwht.wikidot.com/usb-loader
