Homebrew Sysnand and emunand not responding

Okay today i've been playing a gba pokémon ROM hack on my 2DS 9.2 sysnand and 9.2 emunand but now when i boot menuhax it works fine and when i enter emunand OR sysnand the screen is working but not the buttons or the touch screen. I can only press A to launch the last game i've played (the Rom hack) i've booted without sd card but the buttons and the touch screen don't work except the A buttons. The menuhax homebrew launcher works fine. I need help please

This has happened to a lot of people that haven't modded their systems. It's a type of brick and people usually have to send them to Nintendo or use recovery mode to fix it. Since you have access to the homebrew launcher, try restoring a nand backup.
