Syscon programming using UART

Has anyone succeeded in using the serial connection for renesas chip Syscon of a PS4 slim (64 pins) ? or event the PS4 Fat one ?
I have tried on my own but I coun't connect with the Renesas Programmer tool to connect to the chi.
