I want to use SX, but the formula disappears and I can't download it. .. .. Can anyone get the file? I'm looking for payload.bin.

Popular solutions for sending the payload via PC or Android include the SX OS payload.bin with them; however, I would recommend you consider using Atmosphere instead, since SX is unlikely to be updated again.
