After accurate© measures, I can say:
The total space is 180px.
The used space is 145px.
The free space is 35px, and it's 2.3 GB.
So 1px = 0.065714 GB;
so 180px = 11.82857 GB (let's say 12GB).

So it's definitely smaller yes? Since the total size SHOULD be 32 GB right?

Yes, original Switches come with 32GB eMMC. It can be surely found out by N.

See that's pretty interesting. Not the tweet i posted a couple of comments back. It states that, and i quote " The original NAND partition is "shrunk" only in the sense that most of the unused space is discarded when copying it. This means the new copy will be smaller in size (around half of the original one), but the original remains unchanged." Taking this into account, the size we are seeing here is most likely the size of the EMUNAND, not the SYSNAND

Shouldn't it be 15 GB?

The measurement is correct, however there aren't 32GB free like here with this fake emuNand there aren't 16GB free; some space is always reserved by OS.
BTW yes, if you read the same tweets I read, this is a screenshot taken from the emuNand, not the sysNand.
