i put the dongle in my switch try to get it into RCM mode the dongle is on green light but the screen just blinks

Did you try putting the Switch into RCM first and then plugging the dongle in to load SX OS?
There's also a whole lot more useful info missing from you (are you sure it's hackable, what OS version, have you got it into RCM before, have you been able to load any other OS, etc etc etc), but let's start with the basics.

This happened to me once! I held the power button to make sure the system was off, took out the the SD card and did a quick charge on the dongle. After letting the system stay off for about a minute then I put the SD card back in and tried it again. I hope that helps!
