Hacking Question Sx os deleting emutendo folder

Hi! Yesterday I accidentally updated My exfat sd card with an fat 32 firmware. So I copyed my complete SD to my pc, formatted it to fat32, put the emunand back on there, installed die exfat os, formatted again to exfat und copyed all my data back. Works now again, so far so good, but my cfw delete the emutendo folder every startup. I'm doing something wrong? My emunand is just a folder, no hidden partition or anything. Is there a chance of getting my data back?

Backup your current Nintendo folder, rename your emutendo folder to Nintendo, run the Archive bit fix via Hekate on the Ninendo folder, then rename it back to emutendo. I'm not entirely sure this will work but its worth a shot.
