Hi,
well, i’ve bought new NS on fw 6.2.0 (not patched) and SX pro.

Is sx os 2.4 beta safe ?
I want ONLY play my downloaded xci games offline, nothing more.
(Yes, i have done nand backup)

Thanks for all anwers, i'm new to ns hacking scene...

I don't know who is more of a fool... OP for posting something that no one knows at this point. Or the second post that's telling the OP that it's safe when he clearly has no clue.
Give it a week or two and you'll see. It's the same with everything really. If you want to minimize the risk, wait until others test it out for you.
Yeah I guess I have no clue...I'm only using it right now lul
Edit: And how would "no one know" are you retarded or just really fuckin dumb?

I'm using the new update right now and it seems safe. You have nothing to worry about if you've done a backup(both NAND and SD).

First thing it's a beta, in big bold letters. If you think that's stable then I'm afraid you are unstable.
Second, it's been out for a few hours. Noone knows about possible bricking because of poorly implemented features or dunno what. It's completely possible.
The fact that you are using it now tells us absolutely nothing.
The smart way to do it is to wait until it's researched and tested enough to say it's somewhat reliable and safe to use.

edit:
@Illuminaticy
You really are trying to sound as stupid as possible right?

It's safe enough. I'm pretty sure OP does realize that he's about to use beta(hence using the word "BETA" in the title) and was merely asking if it doesn't brick on boot or something stupid like that, no need to get overdramatic about it.

I'm very unstable, doesn't mean betas are unstable, especially from TX.

True, but there's this thing called....a....NAND....BACKUP...
And also this thing called....DON'T....BE....RETARDED....

It tells me and others it's working

The pussy way* Not everyone needs their hand held for this shit.

Glad we are both unstable still you cannot claim it's safe. Yeah NAND backups are of course possible and advised but as you probably know not everyone is doing them. I'd bet my hat that 90% of the people with SX didn't backup. Especially less tech-savvy users like OP (correct me if Im wrong OP)
Sometimes the pussy way is the right way. Especially with market such as CFW you never know what you get. It's not like they'll refund you if they fuck up your Switch :)
Of course it's been confirmed it's working I just wanted to say that it's not wise to claim it's safe when it's been released for a few hours and isn't explored yet.

I've noticed 2 bugs on the 2.4 beta,i've been using emunand on sd card with 2.3 beta succesfully for a while now and tried the 2.4 beta but it went black between the nintendo and switch logo's when booting into sx os emunand 2.4 beta.I went back to 2.3 and everything is ok.The other bug is the screen froze when launching payloads from emunand options 2.4

I noticed that on SX OS V2.4 Beta when going into the SX OS Recovery menu when selecting Launch external payload, in the moment you select it it freezes. Anybody else having this issue?

Literally the post above you describes the same problem, porbably a bug.

From my experience when using SX OS, as long as you only use the beta version to load xci (which is what the OP intended to do, nothing else), it's stable enough.
The things that might get buggy is the features that come with it, ie. the emunand and the embedded homebrew menu which is why it is still in beta since Tx is still trying to improve and fix these features.

Oh ok. I was trying to boot Atmosphere Via SX Pro dongle (Which it does fine in version 2.0 i had) We will see in the future if they fix it.
