Homebrew Question SX installer 3.01 error upon startup

I'm on FW 9.1 and SXOS 2.94. When I load up SX installer 3.01 I get the error: "Unknown XCI magic (decryption failed?): 478F1307

It seems to work ok after that but can anyone tell me what this means and how to fix it? Thanks!

Any luck on fixing this?
I am receiving the same exact error.
Will not let play recent games.
Very frustrating.
