Hacking SX and Atmos

Ok so I have both installed on my switch. I have sx pro as my main driver but I wanna switch to atmos from time and I have all the atmos files installed on my sd card and everything. I wanna know if there was a way to load atmos using my sx pro dongle? I tried to place the fusee-primary.bin on the root of my sd card but it wont show up when booting into sx and selecting other cf. Any ideas to help me fix this problem

fusee-primary.bin is a bootloader not a CFW

I think there is a paypoads dir in the sxos dir on your sd card? Put it in there hold vol + at boot and then hit options and you should see the payload launch. Select the payload and your good!

Also throw the latest hekate on there, I know it works for exactly this scenario...I think version 4.9.1?

holding Vol+ into sxos's rcm menu. it can run any payload.bin in root folder.

No. You just put them on the root of the SD. But it won't help anyway, read next quote for that.

This is because you can not boot Atmosphere from SX OS directly anymore, starting from SX OS 2.6. Trying to load the fusee-primary payload will just blackscreen. It worked up to 2.5.2, but now doesn't anymore.
Use Hekate to work around this. My short tutorial on Switching from SX to Atmos or booting both has a paragraph on this, look it up here:

In the same instance, you can just as well set up Hekate as CFW selector when rebooting with the reboot-to-payload homebrew. Bumps you into Hekate and I can select between Atmos and SX there, so you can go between SX and Atmos as much as you want simply by rebooting.
