Hacking Question Switching from Reinx to Atmosphere

So, i'm needing to make the switch to Atmosphere but i want to make the switch as efficient as possible. I want to still be able to install game back ups (which I've seen atmosphere doesn't let you do out of the box?). I've gone through the sdsetup website and got my sd files for Atmosphere downloaded. What would be the best way to do this while keeping the games installed on my sd and all my saves? I'm sorry if I'm asking to much i just dont want to screw anything up.

grab latest zip files from

https://gbatemp.net/threads/i-heard-that-you-guys-need-some-sweet-patches-for-atmosphere.521164/

unzip them to your sdcard

also grab the nro and put it on your sdcard
https://github.com/XorTroll/Goldleaf/releases

grab latest primary bin and flash it to your dongle
https://github.com/Atmosphere-NX/Atmosphere/releases

you might want to clean up the sdcard first, but I have no idea what reinx puts where

1. No necessarily, but to avoid trouble delete everything from your sd card excluding the Nintendo folder. Backup your sd card content before.
2. Kosmos is a distribution of Atmosphere. It's not it's own cfw.
3. Take a backup of your NAND and your sd card content.

There is not really a guide needed to use Kosmos. That's the point of it. Just download it and extract it to your sd card. To play "Backups" you will also need sigpatches: https://gbatemp.net/threads/kosmos-patches-es-fs.542455/.

Yeah this pretty much nails the process. Also note, in my experience when I switched to atmosphere (Back when 6.0 released) I had to reinstall nsps cause they were corrupt. So be warry of that.

Reinstall NSPs? Did you mean that I need to reinstall all my games again?

I have switched from Remix to Atmosphere. All game works fine afterthat. But please make sure you have to copy and paste the Sig patches files into your SD card before open any games. Failed to do that will cause save files crash

How do you activate the sigpatches in kosmos? I had to add them manually.

By "included" i meant that they are on the same page and straight-forward to install
