Everyone having issues with updates:

Turn of the Switch.

Hold power and volume + and - at the same time. Then reboot again from the recovery mode.

Make sure both DNS are set to 45.55.142.122 when performing a network test.
Yes, I did that, but the nag still comes up. I’m pretty sure that this didn’t happen before.

Still not working for me, unfortunately

Interesting... To avoid spam here, try contacting me on the DNS:

I would love to. But I cannot login on my switch or my phone. Says my account was created but I simply cannot login. (Incorrect password. Also, I never got any kind of verification email which was kind of troubling.)

Doesn't work, the nag is still there. fw 4.1.0

Could people having issues try putting in the HBL page as their DNS server?

it's address is: 104.236.106.125

I'm interested in knowing if it still wants you to update or if it displays the HBL page (HBL exploits won't work though, of course)

EDIT: also the list of urls has not changed from the following:
Code:
atumn.hac.lp1.d4c.nintendo.net
atum.hac.lp1.d4c.nintendo.net
dauth-lp1.ndas.srv.nintendo.net
beach.hac.lp1.eshop.nintendo.net
consumer.lp1.npns.srv.nintendo.net
sun.hac.lp1.d4c.nintendo.net
aqua.hac.lp1.d4c.nintendo.net
receive-lp1.er.srv.nintendo.net
superfly.hac.lp1.d4c.nintendo.net

Perhaps Nintendo got cracking on some older firmwares? Like with the 3DS - once you got the nag, you kept it forever... :(

when im trying to sign in it gives an error any thoughts

Same. It said my account was created but I can't login on the Switch or my smartphone.

Oh well. A browser is better than none.

Are you logging in via linking an account to a user, or by clicking "Already have a user?"? Because you're supposed to do it by linking an account, as users are separate things.

Thanks to Nooble from the SwithBru Discord, there is now an easier way to create themes!

Let me know how it goes and if it makes it easier for you.

So maybe to fix this for the people that can’t get into SwitchBru - can a FG payload be created to maybe delete the super nag?

So here is the verdict for now:

NeedsUpdateVulnerability is a function that needs to be set to the value 0.

It seems that in systems with the issue it is set to 1.

When any of the web applets open they will check that value, if it is set to 1 a update will be needed.

We do not yet know how this value was changed, but this will be looked into tomorrow (EU timezone)

Is it patcheble?

Yes, but right now Fusee does not have sdMMC support, so the only way now is to patch it through running Linux on the Switch. Obviously that is not a easy solution, so a patch will come, but more groundwork needs to be done. Sorry for the inconvenience!
