Hacking Switch won't charge

I have a switch with SX OS 1.6.. While my switch was on custom firmware mode, I let my battery completely die. I plugged it in to charge for 2 hours only to find out that it was not charging at all. I do not have autorcm installed. I'm pretty sure I didn't brick my switch, hopefully. So what do I need to do to get it to boot up so I can charge it?

Try force shutdown to "restart" it. Otherwise just keep charging it.

that happens alot. just let it charge

Ok I'll do the force shutdown and charge it for 3 hours and see if there's any changes. I'll post back with an update. Thanks guys.

Hey guys I got my switch up and running. So I just did the force shutdown and charged it for a few hours. I turned it on and it was just 1 percent but it at least booted to the switch home screen and I was able to charge it normally from there. All is good now. Thanks for the help.
