I've read about some unreleased warmboot exploits that may arrive when they're ready that are described as probably requiring you to open a webpage.

This sounds pretty familiar. On the PS4 we have a warmboot exploit. It too relies on visiting a website to activate each boot. It can also be cached by the PS4s web browser using HTML5 appcache (meaning once installed once, you reopen the web browser and the exploit can run from the local cache without needing to connect to a hosted exploit.

Just wondering if there is any chance of this approach on the switch?

Can't really give much info on an unreleased exploit other than guessing.

yeah there's a kernel exploit that can be loaded through the webkit exploit but at this time it ain't released. Eventually it will but nobody knows when.
