Switch v2. Where to get Modchip?

Hi.... I've been looking for a few days now trying to purchase a modchip for v2 switch. Only place I've found are a few questionable sellers on Ali.

Can anyone guide me please preferably not from China... unless absolutely necessary. Thanks

Only Aliexpress or Ebay. Not sure if on Amazon.
