everytime i insert the left joycon the screen is waving or dissapearing
on the dock is ok

I never seen this before. It could be that your felxcable from screen arent correctly in or your cable has broken parts/dust

did replace the flex and try other joycon still same and i did tried replace the pi3usb chip and m92t36 still no luck and checked all the caps no shorted

check ribbon cables inside.
