So the SD card slot is broken? If that is the case then your only option is to open the console up and replace it. CFW must be loaded from the SD card. And if you're trying to boot into the stock firmware but getting stuck on the boot logo, it sounds like the Sysnand could be corrupted. If that's the case and you don't have a backup then I think there's no way to fix it. Could be wrong on all this as it's speculation.

I think I remember hearing of some successes trying to re-flash the firmware over USB like with choidujour. However, I swear I remember hearing that it requires the keys to have already been dumped from the console which would require the console to be bootable. There may be a way to get them without booting but I'm not sure.

soo mate, a few months ago i was having the same problem as you now, the point is yo have three options

use choi to make a new nand (if the PRODINFO BISKEYS are not screwed)

fix with a "donor nand" (if this really are a nand problem) (wrong BISKEYS & PRODINFO screwed)
or
fix with a chip replacement in motherboard (m92t55 maybe)

as i could see in your last post maybe is the keys or your BOOT0 and BOOT1.
i suggest to search more on the mattytrog posts on gba it was useful for me "A WAY TO UNBRICK YOUR SWITCH"

Is it a ver1 or ver2 (mariko) switch?
It sounds like a bad prodinfo, or boot files. I can help with either prodinfo or boot files, the real problem is if your keys are borked

Yes donor nand is possible, I've done it and have a tutorial on it :P

Ive followed this guide to flash 6.0, i tried 11 but choi kept throwing up errors about keys.txt
https://switch.homebrew.guide/usingcfw/manualchoiupgrade.html

Sd is formatted to fat32 - tried both exfat and fat32

probably is because some keys maybe are corrupted. in my case i get the blank nand in the guide "a way to unbrick your switch" remake a NAND with choi and FW, formmating & re encrypt with the correct biskeys more especificaly the 3 last partitions

You don't need choidujour to rebuild the nand files anymore - fat32 recommended

You can try the latest firmwares using emmchacgen

The tutorial for using emmchacgen and troubleshooting is here

If you still have issues, let me know

Just completed this, unfortunately still doesn’t boot. Gets stuck on the Nintendo switch boot logo

but the pc is recognising it as a Nintendo switch now when attempting to boot - it wasn’t recognised before
