I have a picofly modded Switch OLED that boots fine into Atmosphere but as soon as you put it into sleep mode it shuts off completely and needs to be turned on again. It seems to only do it when in EMUMMC but not in SYSMMC (Semi-Stock). What could be causing this and how can I fix it? I'm running on Firmware 19.0 with latest version of Atmosphere (18) and latest version of Hekate.

I believe I have fixed it, for those that are having this same issue after updating here's how I fixed it.

Search sys-clk and download the latest version. Upload it to your SD card and replace any files. That's it.

Check that you have the same firmware version on your sysnand and emunand and all your magic updated (hekate, atmosphere, etc)

This helped me too.
Thanks!

Yes, this was the problem after I updated from 18.1.0 to the latest of 20.5.0. Once I updated all the files from the github release, the console now wakes from the sleep mode without having to reboot the RCM. Thanks for the find! I am glad I was able to find this before making a new post.
