Switch starting with XK is known as "Mariko" switch, Which is a fully patched version. The only way to have this switch hacked is by either using a software exploit available on old versions, or installing a modchip, which is really rare since the group that made the modchip got arrested.
Not at the moment. SX is already too complicated, We doubt we'll see the copycat of it any sooner. Things aren't really like back in 2008, where there were loads of WiiKey clones.
If there was an alternative, you would have found it already. Save yourself the headache and get an unpatched Switch.
Man thanks random people for the relative info that I wish I knew before buying my switch, of course I didn't want to mod a switch until this year sooo. I guess live and learn.
