Hacking Switch Pro Controller Button Combo Question

i dont know if this is useful for anything, cause idk what it does, but if you press Minus+Plus then hit the X button, the blue light either blinks twice, or blinks once and slowly fades out. I don't know if its know, or used for some type of debugging or something?

Its definitely posted in the wrong section as this would better fit in Console Accessories & Hardware since the Pro Controller is technically an accessory.
