i want to also do that but how? i have my omega ruby retail cart on standby, need i dump and decrypt it?

Either way, it's just a model swap so change the file names around OW models are in 0-2-1 and battle models are in 1-3-3
for battle models, theres actually 10 files per model. first file is model rest of animations and crap, so when i originally swapped may and zinnia it was something like swapping files 20-29 with 40-49.. etc

Yes, ROMs are encrypted with a keystream, so dump rom, create xorpads on AES engine, decrypt rom, dump files from it.

For pokemon model and texture extract a/0/0/8.
Inside you got all what you need to change the color of pokemon. Find your model with ohana3ds, take the texture change the color and repack to garc. Rebuilb your rom and your are done
