Switch OLED reads 5v 0 amps

Hi.

I have a switch that I got. Looks like someone attempted a mod and removed everything. It has a few issues.

• Doesn’t display
• Reads 5v 0A
• Charges on one side of the USB, so I got to flip it
• No shorts near M9, BQ or P13
• fuses good

So to me it sounds like a bad M92 and bad USB port. Replaced the M92 to see if it at least boots but nothing. Still get 0A, looks like a clean install to me but maybe you can tell me otherwise. I got no shorts near the M92 and BQ.

The clock point near the CPU looks like it might be a bit too wide or a bit too deep. Idk I might be over thinking it.

Any help?

Thanks for the reply. I follow this for the V1/2 but I don’t know how to apply the bypass section of this to the OLED with its different layout
