Hardware Switch OLED Error 2153-0321

Hello everyone, i do have a problem like maybe a few people out there but i have installed a picofly inside my switch oled.
Now i've got the Error Code 2153-0321. I've already tried to correct the issue with modifying the settings with the headphone disconnect etc. Any help would be great. Thanks

Try reconnecting speakers. Maybe cable of the speakers being crushed
