switch not booting into hekate

hi, a few months ago i got my v2 switch modded by a professional and it worked fine for a while. i booted up my switch today and it went straight into ofw instead of hekate like it usually should, as if the switch wasn't modded at all. i deleted all the files off my sd card and set up atmosphere and hekate again, but my switch still isn't booting into hekate. it just shows the nintendo switch logo and boots into ofw. the chip pulses purple and turns solid green while booting up. is this a problem with the chip itself or my sd card?

I hade exactly the same issue last week. The problem was a cold solder joint on the flex cable.
