Hey guys I recently got a nintendo switch around Christmas. I had to recently replace the analogue on my left joycon since it was drifting and fixed with no problem. Now my main problem is with my right. It'll say while playing in handheld mode that the right joycon has detached even though it hasn't so i have to push on the lock button to slide it off and back on again.

It's not the locking mechanism because i had to change those to the metal attachments since the original plastic ones were broken. Does anyone else have this issue where the right joycon says its been removed? Or is it just me?

welcome you your cheap sh1tendo, you now face cheap crappy joycon rails, as its the joycon itself your best bet is to buy another pair..... ohh then wait for the actual rail on the shit tablet to fade away, then your boned with a tablet that cant play portable.

Try to unsync and resync joycons again. Sometimes this fixes it. You can also try to clean joycon contacts and switch joycon rail contacts with some ipa alchohol.

Oh that sucks. Try turning bluetooth off and test connected.

I did all this sadly. It works for a day or 2 and then starts doing the same thing. I've seen amazon sell the joycon rail attachments so I'll get myself some of those and see if that fixes the issue

Its the rails on the shit tablet, worn away cheap crappy metal frame.

Nothing to do with Bluetooth, its the tiny shit pins and a crap slider rail that cant hold shit in place.

Only way to play is docking it, no use portable, slightest move and it keeps kicking out the disconnected screen.

This will be the same problem, ive purchased many joycons but turns out its the tablet that wears them out and now it's fucked, compared side by side how it shows signs of wearing away, cheap metal crap.
