I read the OP carefully, but theres no conclusive information, i just further asked to see if anyone would know.
I'd argue that the information box is conclusive informations. In your case it is derived form an unpatched XAJXAJ400520 and a XAJXAJ400541 that was patched.
I'm not saying the OP post knows everything in this regard, but the OP post knows really everything in this regard. Of course, if someone would read your post,
decides to post their serial here because it is close to yours, you'd had a slightly better picture, but it would be only one data point and the statement "Maybe patched, maybe not"
would still hold.
If "asked to see if anyone would know" referred to someone who definitely know if yours it patched or not, this thread would be pointless.
This is my opinion; yes, the OP dosen't know everything, but I'm certain it knows that has been gathered by the community at this point.

I apologize if this comes down as a bit rude as well as my previous answer, it was not targeted at you, but rather at all the people who ignore the first post.

Hello guys, I'm willing to buy a Switch and, of course, I already know the models that can be hijacked.

But, in terms of issues improvements (most hardware and project adjustments, like the problem with the left joycon), which is the recommended version? The bigger (until 1007) is better?

The versions I already found are:
XAW1000 = Release Switch – has left joycon issue
XAW7000 – Release Switch – has left joycon issue
XAW4000 – Around a month/2 months after release. Does not have left joycon issue
XAW1001 – Released around july/2017. Most issues fixed.
XAW1002 – ?
XAW1003 – ?
XAW1004 – ?
XAW1005 – ?
XAW1006 – ?
XAW1007 – ?
XAW1008 and beyond - hardware patched possibility.

As far as I know there haven't been any production related issues with the switch after the initial ones.

Well, I got these data from some posts...
As far as I know there haven't been any production related issues with the switch after the initial ones.
I was hopping some small improvements like solving the cracks on some units, for example (unfortunately I cant post any link to show the problem, but there's a post about it in NintendoLife).

I went today to Best Buy Chula Vista (california).
And they still have XAW1007 serial numbers. (Maybe someone can use this info :P )

XAJ70042X and below are safe to buy

2.1.0
XAJ700070 - XAJ700085

So a consolle XAJ700084 is safe to buy and wiht 2.1.0? Right?
Thanks a lot!

Just got an XAJ40053762623.

I try and enter RCM but when i inject payload it just stays on a black screen. I guess this is a patched unit.
