ROM Hack Question Switch Game Data Explorer directly from Memory Card?

so, if i understand correctly, to extract and explore switch game data, i would need

NSP or XCI
Extract NCA
extract romfs

is there a tool for directly explore (and extract) the game data inside switch microsd? So no need to create XCI or NSP. Games bought from eshop that was installed in microsd can be direcly explored (and extracted) by pluggin microsd to a computer.
