Hacking Question Switch Fuse Help

I am not quite sure if this is right section for posting so I'm sorry In advance.

I just need to ask if some could link me tutorial for Updating my switch without fuse burning (going from 5.1.0 to 6.0.0)

I looked on the tutorials section and found only the down grade process and I was told it's pretty much same but I want to be sure I don't break anything.
