Hardware switch dropped

hello everyone my kids dropped the switch multiple times and now i can't get it to full turn on the screen is lit but its not fully turning on please help

You can use this set of tool to open it, you need to open to be able to fully to diagnostic it, it is hard to tell since you said it was dropped. Get it open up and take some pictures, and might needs a multimeter to check for short circuit.

It's easy enough to open and also easy enough to replace most parts as the switch is pretty modular inside. However, the cause of the issue could be many things, it could be the battery disconnected or terminal damage, it could be the power button has become dislodged or it could be actual component damange on the board for which you'd need a multimeter to test it, although this is then getting into pcb repair.

visually inspect for ruptures, cracks, bends and disconnections first then let us kknow what you find
