Switch does not power on

I attempted the Picofly mod on my V2. I've done it before without any problems.

This time around the switch no longer powers on. Nothing on the screen and no light on the RP2040. When I plug in the cable also nothing appears on the screen, but the switch is definitely charging since it's drawing around 0.49 amps.

Any advice is more than welcome
