Switch Corrupted Save Files

Hello! I'm looking for an advice on how to sort a thing out:


I can't enter Animal Crossing. After partitioning and reuploading everything onto the SD-card, Animal Crossing's save files got corrupted. DBI menu says they don't belong to any of the current registered users, it's written "Device" and "BCAT" where the user's name should be. The game itself won't display anything except for and endless loading screen (with a floating island in the corner and a black background).

Are there any solutions on how to fix this issue?

When it comes to corrupted data you can only do one thing, reformat and try again.

Reformat means to erase the device from scratch, I assume the corrupted data is in am SD card then you have to reset it to having no games on it.

Savegames are stored on your eMMC or the emummc on your SD card.
Reformatting is not necessary.
Nintendo has build-in features to remove the savegame from the system :
