So,since starting up CFW up for the first time on my switch:
One thing has bothered me.

Atmosphére ever only seems to start up when it feels like it.
At most on the second try.

it usually goes as follows:
1.) RCM + [TegraRCM/RCMDongle] -> Inject
2.) Hekate
3.) Select payload (in my case
atmosphere-tinfoil-payload)
4.) Bots, gets stuck after switch logo on black screen [1st attempt]
5.) Hold Power button for 12 seconds.
6.) Boots CFW successfully loadedad [2nd attempt]

I have read that using a NXthemes can cause this,
however this behaviour always occurs for me,
no matter what theme (none), microSD, CFW (all files replaced [cfwfolder, bootloader, config, sept], I use.

Anyone able to explain this ?
Similar experiences ?

PS:
Even using Hekate's own internal "launch" option together with Kosmo, just yields the same result:
Inconsistent booting.
Atmosphére standart edition works just. the. same. way.

Hmm. MicroSD...

I'm starting to wonder whether my

a) Sigpatches
b) MicroSD builtquality (?) [64gb class 10]

have something to do with this.

I replaced the atmoshere, bootloader, sept, config several times with a stock one.
No change.

Maybe I gotta retry.

BTW:
I just "remade" my entire EmuNand + other files on a fresh 64 gb, and the problem persists.
Maybe try another one ?

I retried the same atmosphere with a Fat32 16gb card I had laying around, and here I have 100% boot rate.

Needs investigation.

EDIT:
I can now confirm that it was -indeed- the microSD.
Swapped my 10$ one for a more expensive SanDisk, recopied micro SD files,
recreated Emunand and:
Boots, without a hitch, every time.

Moral of the story: Don't use cheap memorycards kids, you will pay for your stingyness,
one way or another.
