Switch banned

So it finaly happend! Nintendo got me after many years not using wifi or any internet connection they got to me what is unbelieveble. Def after the switch 2 has been announced the fun part my switch hasn't been used since the purchase of the rog ally. So you see no one is safe

My switch was always on planemode internet never turned on and no i didnt download nsp on sysnand lol it was clean emunand was used for modding stuff its ok tho i have two switches left ofc patched ones but ill keep my main for modding with internet on since it doesnt matter anymore lol

You should've always had the Wi-Fi completely turned OFF to begin with, airplane mode isn't all that effective. But as it's banned, you cannot go online with it anymore.

How you were banned if you don't have any nsp? It doesn't make sense, I have 3 weeks with sysnand/emu and server block and Im not banned it doesn't make sense at all because every ban is instaban

You didn't take the necessary precautions.

Haven't been banned after so many years, and my wifi is always on. My emunand is dirty as hell, I even use atmosphere on my sysnand from time to time (mostly to mess around with savefiles)

I wouldn't say that it can happen to anyone. I just use Exosphere and dns mitm, before I was using Incognito and/or 90DNS.

I'm not sure if sticking to airplane mode only is enough, if you don't even try to hide your prodinfo on your emunand or block calls to Nintendo's servers, might as well not try at all.
At least you don't care, which is fine, but there are better precautions to take, airplane mode isn't one of them because the second you (or someone else, maybe even an app can do it idk, whatever) accidentally turn it on again, you're done.

yeah exosphere is what i had bc i had to remove it since i got banned it tried to enable the internet but switch always crashed since i removed that file it works fine lol

If you didn't have dns file to block then you could always have been banned because telemetry wasn't blocked at all

That explains it then. With the recommended protections it's nearly impossible you'll ever get a ban. I also have 2 switches with a lot on emunand, one of them for more than 2 years and you can still play online on sysnand. And many times it tried to go online for an update or within a game but all I got was an error, nothing could go through to Nintendo.

I think Kefir automatically blocks the servers and does the rest of similar things to protect your switch. It's not talked about enough.
