I'm trying to configure cc proxy to work with my switch. however, for some reason, it can't make a connection. I have this same problem with qcma and the vita. I can ftp though, so I'm thinking it's a windows firewall issue. however, I have exceptions for both ccproxy and qcma in windows firewall. anyone have any ideas? this only started happening after installing an ssd and reinstalling the os. qcma works on another pc, so I assume cc proxy does as well, so the issue must be with the laptop.

I've actually reinstalled windows. not much is installed already, so I don't think it could be a conflict. I actually backed up all install .exe files for quick recovery. those were the same apps I installed on the pc before upgrading. I'm having to backup my pstv to a second pc. my vita is connected via usb to the laptop with this issue. what's weird is that it seems that a lot of people have problems with say qcma and usb, but I have the reverse issue. I can't seem to register the pc. I that the same issue is happening with the switch.

I had the same issue with my browser any time when I connect to my proxy server . I am using it for unblock Youtube and another sites coz government block them while i am using the locate IP. In my case the proxy is not stable and i often lose the connection. The situation did not change after reinstalling the windows and detente all cookies. I think it happened due to slow internet speed of my provider.
