Hacking Switch always has problem when switching to hekate menu

Whenever i power off and boot the switch back on to return to hekate menu it always seem to have problem where it blinks purple and then flashing yellow but then after a while of retrying it works again, the next time i try to go back it boots perfectly fine. This always happens when i haven't gone to hekate in a while.
