switch 2 local play games with switch 1 offline

say you have switch 1 offline but runs on syscfw and you have both games on both consoles. playing switch 2 local play with switch 1 that is on syscfw is that possible ? does it cause a ban to switch 2 console ?

Turn off the WiFi on switch 2 just to be sure. But local play is fine.
