Hacking surprise feature: cheats/ss/rts????

Which one do you prefer as surprise feature from gw ultra?
Cheat?
Screenshot?
Real time saving (save states)?
Or something else?

I'd prefer ss feature.

I hope it's not cheats.

I hope it's a real-time video transfer through the wifi. Though the 3DS capabilities are really weak for that. Still, no point in this thread until they announce it really. The surprise feature could be N3DS support for all we know.

I don't care what the surprise is. It will be something that I can use, or something I can't use. I'm currently very happy I can use my gateway on my 2DS with no problems seeing as others are having problems.

Hate these threads.

No idea what it is, but I'm more than happy with the current state of things. I was originally disappointed that the exploit required an internet connection, but was easily able to make a php server with the pulled files. The downgrade function was a great surprise after that though. I can only imagine what they come up with next
 
The only online games I want cheat codes for are the pokemon games.
You don't need cheat codes for Pokemon.
You have Metropolis (1st, 2nd and 3rd gen games editor), PokeGen (4th and 5th gen editors) and PK Hex (6th gen editor).
All of those edit EVERYTHING in your .sav file with no issues whatsoever.
 
It's probably just a "remember-last-played-game" feaute so you don't have to select it from the multi-rom menu everytime to boot into GW mode.
Personally I would like the possibility to write to the microSD card via homebrew ... transfering ROMs via FTP onto the card would be one of the greatest features for me.

Don't get me wrong, I use cheat codes too and think it would be nice having them...
But not for Online games or it will be Mario Kart or Call Of Duty Wii all over again.


I don't know about Call of Duty or Mario, but in Pokemon they don't let you play online unless your pokemon are at least legit looking, meaning that if you can have a maximum of 510 EV's, you won't be able to get online if you gave your pokemon 511+ EV's.

But for Pokemon we don't need a cheat feature though, it's very easy to cheat with PokeHex, if anything maybe the cheat feature will make it more convenient.

You seriously haven't seen videos of online matches with Six Mega Pokemon in the party, all shinies and shit.
You can bypass that security easily with PokeHex too.

Cheat support but yes I agree games with major online features like Mario Kart, Smash, PKM shouldn't be supported. Games like Harvest Moon and what not?....all in!!!

Really the real cheating I do is just faster exp gains.
