So maybe this is a stupid question, but I wanna get a regular supercard so I can play gba games. I was looking on gameyeeeah and I saw the supercard sd adapter for 30 and the supercard sd rumble for 23. Is the rumble just the same as the regular except that is has rumble? because if so I should just get that one because it has more features and is cheaper, right?

the SCrumble does not play GBA it has no internal ram....
the SCSD does not play GBA very well as the ram in it is very slow & you will get slowdown in many games

stay away from supercard (slot2) for GBA games

if you own a slot1 cart you can complement it with a ewin 2in1 or ez-flash3in1

or if you want a stand alone cart you could get ez-flash 4 deluxe lite/regular size or m3 pros?

or maybe a dedicated gba cart like EFA-Linker or Elink
