I order a supercard lite + superkey form www.realhotstuff.com it came fast. I also got a microsd and download the 2.8 supercart software and the 1.7 firmware.

I installed the program and format the micro sd card to fat useing winxp. I copyed over the bin file wich is the firmware and put the supercard in the gba and the micro sd in it and put the superkey in the ds slot 1.

Turn it on and the nintendo logo puts up and then both screen turn white "nothing happens" it just stays there.

What did i do worng? I refomat and tryed again and agian still nothing.

I tryed pressing L+R and turned on it never gettes to a test screen.

Iam thinking i have a bad superkey i have no way to test it unless i get a new one.

what should i do ?

should i get a other supercar lite and superkey. If anyone form redhotstuf read this cani send this back and get a new one ?

HELP me I want this to work.

thanks shaun
i think the only thing on everyones mind right now is R4/M3, which to choose.
by the looks of it, its all gonna come down to firmware, both at their early stages as is.
maybe a clean review by you guys will proof our decision.

you didn't do anything like force the microsd in backwards did you? have u tried flashing the supercard again with the 1.7 firmware? or do u have a cellphone with microsd so you can confirm its the supercard and superkey and not something wrong with your microsd.

no micro sd is in the right way.

I know it wasn't much of an answer, but I just bought the same combo 2 weeks ago and am still learning the basics myself...

I tried to reproduce what you were getting. I got the same results by leaving the superkey in, taking the SCLite out, and turning it on.
First remove and reseat the SC Lite making sure it's flush with your DS case. Then turn it on without the microsd. You should get a lower screen with the Supercard Logo, while the upper screen displays "not find the SD Please turn off GBA". If you don't get this screen, it might be the SC Lite itself.

RHS has a good replacement/return policy for defective merchandise.
