Supercard Dstwo pending

My money arrived at the moneybookers account, now my transaction is pending because i apparently have insufficient funds... however i bought the Supercard with the discount; the money in my account is 31.95 USD
The delivery option i took was the registered air mail from china...
What went wrong here??
