Hacking Supercard DS One HC help

Can't get my supercard ds one hc to work, yes i have the newest os and yes ive tried formating my memory card, ive taken it out and put back into my ds, what happens when i turn it on is that the top screen is black the bottom is white and i have yet to figure out this problem. yes i have tried different memory cards aswell.

You've got a defective unit. Talk to your retailer about getting a replacement. It's been happening fairly recently, so I'm guessing there's been a bad batch somewhere along the line.

Try cleaning the contacts on the scds-1, remove any grease ect from metal connectors. Also inside the NDS slot-1 you can use 'lolly-stick' nail file very very gently, holding the slot-1 upside down so any dust falls out. The Psram error maybe due to poor contact, and this might get you up and running.

But otherwise, send it back if you get no joy as it must be defective.
