Unfortunately, the cheapest I can find was $44 dollars. It's in DealExtreme, and both of those items are actually in stock. If you haven't noticed, it has free shipping.

Most of places will sell it around 40 dollars (Including shipping) without the micro sd.

I bought one 8 days ago, and they said it comes with a 3 month warrenty. As long as it arrives within 2 months, I'm satisfied.
